Strategic initiatives focused on product analytics, user retention, blockchain metrics expansion, and A/B testing. Highlights include expanding metrics coverage to 70+ blockchains, lifting performance scores from under 20 to over 50, and building a developer monetisation system with Stripe integration. Also co-shaped the AI agent ecosystem strategy and introduced two new trend pages (RWA and Gambling).
Challenge
81% slow pages, mobile performance under 20, PRO conversion at 0.19%, and a need to expand chain coverage — while keeping daily engagement high. The platform needed better data accuracy, faster pages, and a real monetisation path for developers.
